Lights, camera, FASHION! Are you ready for a three-day extravaganza for all things apparel? We’re excited for business to be done and connections to be made, but the “can’t miss” event will be the ATS Miami Fashion Show. This event will take the runway by storm May 22nd at 12:45 PM – 02:00 PM.
Miami’s Fashion Renaissance
Florida as a whole makes up of 8.4% of all US sales of apparel and textiles. In fact, the Caribbean, Latin and South America all view Miami it as their access point into the apparel industry. Also, the city’s “summer year-round” aesthetic makes it unlike any other region in the U.S. Consumers and fashion have long looked at Miami for swimwear. Now, the burgeoning fashion capital has been seeing growth across the board in regard to apparel.
ATS MIAMI Hits the Runway
In this pivotal time in Miami’s apparel industry resurgence, it only makes sense that the ATSM show would not be complete without a trip down the runway. The event will be comprised of three showcases that will feature everything from evening gowns to swimwear!
The first of three showcases will present designs from fashion students from the Miami International University of Art & Design and the Miami Fashion Institute at Miami Dade College. That will be followed by looks from some of Miami’s top talent including: Julian Chang, Krelwear, Bianca Colleti, Petit Pois, Perry Ellis, Lucky In Love, Peace Love World, and more. Then, the show will be closed out with a showcase of looks from our exhibiting manufacturers. This will be an inspiring mélange of designs from both domestic and international designers.
