ATSM Announces 2019 Show Dates!

We can’t get enough of Miami. A little over two months after the first ever Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami (ATSM) took place, we’re already trying to find our way back to South Florida. If you’re feeling the same way, then you’re in luck. It was just announced that next May 20th-22nd, 2019 ATS will be back at the Mana Wynwood for round 2. Is it too early to pack our bags?

 First Round Success

Call us overzealous, but there’s a reason to celebrate and that’s all of YOU! 2,000 attendees from over 40 different countries came to the inaugural ATS-Miami show. The turnout of local Floridians exceeded expectations and we truly believe that Miami’s apparel scene is coming back stronger than ever.

The support from the city of Miami and its government officials Mayor of Miami Francis X. Suarez and Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz  were instrumental in bringing the show to life. But, also their attendance at the opening ceremony made it all the more special. We can’t wait to see them next May along with Moishe Mana, who has been an original purveyor of Miami’s growth.

The Future of ATSM

Jason Prescott, CEO and organizer of the ATS brand detailed how the drive and purpose behind Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami is, “to support the infrastructure for sourcing and enterprises in the southwest U.S, particularly South Florida. The goal is to bring sourcing back to Miami as ATSM can provide the infrastructure to new sources of production, education and more for the apparel industry.

So, next May expect the same great partners such as designer Rene Ruiz, FGI of South Florida, Greater Miami Convention and Vistior Bureau and the Beacon Council. The incredible fashion show will be back and produced by Cece Feinberg for the second year. In addition, the educational panels and seminars will be expanding, as will the presence of the Americas. In particular, there will be heavy representation by Mexico, Columbia, El Savador and Honduras. Finally, the ATS team hopes to see 2018’s 2,000 attendees and 150 exhibitors grow to 4,000 and 250 respectively.

We have no doubts that ATSM 2019 will be a smashing success. So, don’t miss out and register now!
