Ladhy has over ten years of experience in the fields of business administration, marketing, and international business within the United States, Italy and Peru. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in International Business and has worked as a business administrator and manager for the CEO of Lennar Homes, one of the biggest construction companies in the U.S. After that, she worked in the sales and marketing department for the business travel segment of Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Ladhy has also work for the Ministry of Economic Development of Italy as the Trade Analyst responsible for the Construction sector, with an emphasis on Italian tile and marble. Ladhy currently works with the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Tourism of Peru at the Miami office, where she is the market specialist responsible for the fashion sector. She promotes top Peruvian exports, such as pima cotton, alpaca, and many more. In addition, she identifies U.S. companies that would benefit from trade opportunities with Peru, identifies the factors supporting successful Peruvian-U.S. business relationships, and proposes strategies for increasing Peruvian exports.

Throughout her career, Ladhy has developed great knowledge and experience with import and export procedures, market analysis, negotiations, trade shows, trade missions and promotional campaigns. She has a broad understanding of Peruvian & Italian export capabilities and the dynamics of the U.S. market.
