Rita Lindayati serves as a senior environmental expert for the TPSA Project, responsible for integrating environmental considerations into project objectives and activities. Rita has a long international environment and natural resource management career as both a researcher and a practitioner.
Prior to joining The Conference Board of Canada in 2014, Rita worked as a consultant for government, private sector, and international development organizations. Her assignments have included design and implementation of community-based natural resource management projects, community-based climate change adaptation, sustainable livelihoods, community development, and capacity building, and environmental impact assessment. Rita has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Socio-Economics from Bogor Institute of Agriculture, Indonesia, an M.A. in Geography from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from York University, Toronto, Canada.
