International Senior Consultant implementing proven competitiveness methodologies in economic growth, private sector, textile and garments sector, small and medium enterprises development, value chain and exports promotion. Andres was Project´s manager, senior consultant and team leader in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Central America, United States, The Caribbean, East Africa and Eastern Europe; founded by USAID, German Cooperation (GTZ), The Netherlands Development Organization (SNV), Inter American Development Bank, Swiss Cooperation, Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs (CBI), United Kingdom AID (UKAid), Spain Cooperation, Governments from developing countries, several NGOs, private companies and Development Foundations. Andres has supported 29 countries in economic development activities.

He is an accomplished social and economic growth expert with Ph.D. in business administration and two masters’ in international relations and trade.
