Ms. Celia María Hernández is responsible for the textiles and apparel sector. She joined the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of El Salvador (PROESA) in 2005 and she has acquired a deep insight into the specific nature of working with major foreign and local investors, the problems they face, and the specific focuses and expectations they have.
Ms. Hernández’s experience is supported by her strong academic credentials. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Central American University “Jose Simeon Cañas” and a Master`s degree in International Business Management from the Autonomuos University of Barcelona (UAB).
