Huge contingent of Chinese Manufacturers from Hubei focus on North American buyers at ATS

Hubei Province is the major centralized industrial production hub in China and they are uniting to bring 50 manufacturers to the Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada Virtual tradeshow (ATS) next Tuesday thru Thursday, September 14-16.

With China largely locked down with limited opportunity to travel internationally, their factories are facing challenges meeting with sourcing buyers.  So the province is uniting to bring more than four dozen of their most significant manufacturers to ATS.

The North American virtual tradeshow will be the fifth produced by ATS since the pandemic began and international travel was largely halted.   ATS connects the Western buyer with the world’s top manufacturers of apparel and textiles.

The 50 Hubei manufacturers were curated with the help of the China Chamber of Commerce for Export of Textiles (CCCT) and represent a major international investment for their government and companies involved.

The province now has the formation of a complete industry system which includes cotton, wool, gunny textile, dyeing & finishing, knitting, color weaves, silk, chemical fiber, apparel, shoes, hats and even textile machinery – every part of the production is covered in one geographically centralized and connected area.

At the upcoming ATS event, these 50 companies will be divided up product category-wise between Apparel, Textiles and Accessories with a strong presence in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as well.  Here’s a breakdown of the representative companies, with a link to their north American showroom on Manufacturer.com and their featured products:
