Over 3,500 complaints have been filed in the Court of International Trade asserting the Trump administration has gone beyond its authority in imposing Section 301 tariffs on Lists 3 and 4A products of China.  We will discuss the recent unprecedented litigation, the ongoing US dispute with China, trade policy under Trump Two or a potential Biden administration, and US efforts to re-shore domestic manufacturing.
