I represent corporations, financial institutions, and individuals under investigation by government entities, as well as companies seeking to conduct sensitive internal investigations involving alleged wrongdoing by employees and/or C-suite members. In addition, with more than 22 years as a former federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice, I defend clients against criminal prosecutions and civil enforcement actions, as well as advise and assist with compliance programs that effectively minimize litigation and liability risks. My representations cover many industries and often involve allegations of fraud, bribery and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, money laundering, human trafficking connected to businesses as well as other alleged crimes.
