Dr. Marsha Dickson

President & Co-founder

Marsha Dickson, President and Co-Founder, is widely recognized as a global academic leader for her research, teaching, and practical engagement in social responsibility and global supply chains in the apparel industry. Her research on global supply chains has taken her to many factories around the world and given her opportunities for deep learning from suppliers about the challenges they face. Dr. Dickson serves on the Board of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition and was a member of the Fair Labor Association Board of Directors for 14 years. She is Irma Ayers Professor of Human Services in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Studies at the University of Delaware. Dr. Dickson holds a PhD from Iowa State University and worked as a clothing designer prior to returning to academia.
