Hong has played different roles at WRAP since she joined in 2005. In her most recent role as Senior Director of Compliance Assurance, she is responsible for updating audit-related documents, aligning WRAP audits with industry standards/practices, and promoting WRAP in trade shows and conferences. She leads WRAP’s Accreditation Committee that reviews and accepts new audit firms. Hong works closely with WRAP’s global team members and the 3rd party audit firms to address audit issues and to improve working conditions in facilities.

Hong graduated with a B.A. in history from Middlebury College in Vermont, followed by an M.A. of International Affairs from the American University in Washington D.C.
