It’s no secret that the fashion industry has a long-standing diversity problem. After the death of George Floyd and the overwhelming call to support Black businesses, companies are finally beginning to address this issue head on. During this session, we chat with DeAnna McIntosh, Global Retail Consultant and Founder of Diversify Retail Inc., about her experiences in the industry as a Black woman, and steps she’s taken to facilitate a more diverse and inclusive industry moving forward.
